Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At GreenCha, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness teas made from natural ingredients. As our products are consumable food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order anytime before the product is dispatched. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns after delivery. However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Package received in unusable condition
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (UPI / Card / Bank Transfer).
For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delay caused by courier partner
- Product opened or used
